    Carolyn McCall

    Carolyn McCall joined easyJet on 1 July 2010 as Chief Executive Officer.

    Since joining easyJet Carolyn has been responsible for improving the airline’s punctuality to industry-leading levels as well as introducing important customer innovations like allocated seating. Her strategic focus has resulted in a series of milestone events including reaching the landmark of carrying 69m passengers annually and attracting more business travellers, with more than 12m now flying with easyJet each year – always ensuring easyJet provides easy and affordable travel for all.

    Under Carolyn’s leadership easyJet has consistently exceeded City expectations. 2012 saw the company achieving record profits and paying a dividend for the first time and in 2013 the company entered the FTSE 100. In 2013, Carolyn led a rigorous evaluation process and obtained shareholder approval for the purchase of 135 Airbus aircraft.

    Prior to joining easyJet, Carolyn was Chief Executive of Guardian Media Group plc. She was also was non-executive director of Lloyds TSB (from 2008–2009) and was a non-executive director of Tesco Plc (2005-2008), and of New Look plc (1999-2005). She was Chair of Opportunity Now (2005-2009) and a former President of Women in Advertising and Communications London (WACL).

    In 2013, Carolyn McCall was awarded the Airline Business ‘Airline Strategy Award for Low Cost leadership’. In the same year Carolyn was awarded City AM’s Personality of the Year award along with the Gold Medal Award from the Chartered Management Institute for her work in management. In 2014 she was the winner of the Business Achievement Award ‎at the British Travel Industry Hall of Fame Awards.

    Carolyn is Vice President of the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain, having joined the board in November 2012. She has also been a member of the Royal Academy Corporate Board for the last four years, and in September 2014 she joined the Burberry Board as non-executive director.

    In 2015 Carolyn was asked by the Prime Minister to join his Business Advisory Group. The body is made up of business leaders from large companies who will advise the Prime Minister and the Government on business issues.

    Carolyn was awarded a Damehood in the New Year’s Honour List in 2016 for services to the aviation industry, as well as being awarded the OBE for services to women in business in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List in June 2008. In April 2008 she was named Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year.

    She graduated from Kent University with a BA in History and Politics and from London University with a Masters in Politics.

    Cath Lynn
    (Group Commercial Director: Markets, Network & Pricing)

    Cath joined easyJet in 2002 following the merger with Go, in which she played an active role. Cath has carried out a number of senior leadership roles at easyJet including Head of Ground Operations, Head of Airport Development and Procurement, and Head of Network Development. Cath joined the Airline Management Board in September 2009 as Network and Planning Director. In April 2011, she was appointed as Customer and Revenue Director, and to Group Commercial Director in April 2012. She currently holds the role of Group Commercial Director: Markets, Network & Pricing. In October 2008, Cath was also appointed a Director of Airport Coordination Limited.

    Cath spent 12 years in retail for J Sainsbury before joining Go where she was part of the management buy-out team and headed up cabin services, ground operations and customer service. Cath graduated from the University of Leicester with a BA (Hons) in Geography.

    Chris Browne OBE
    (Chief Operating Officer)

    Chris (1960) joined the Executive Management Team as Chief Operating Officer on 1 October 2016 and is responsible for all of the easyJet operation. Prior to this, Chris had been appointed as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of easyJet on 1 January 2016. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Bovis Homes plc.

    Chris has particularly strong operational and strategic expertise having previously held several senior leadership positions within aviation including Chief Operating Officer, Aviation, of TUI Travel plc (2014-2015), Managing Director, Thomson Airways (2007-2014) and Managing Director, First Choice Airways (2002-2007).

    She also has over 25 years’ commercial and general management experience in a consumer facing industry with previous roles at Carlson Worldwide and Iberia Airways.

    Chris was awarded a Doctorate of Science (Honorary) for Leadership in Management (2011), an OBE for Services to Aviation (2013), membership into the British Travel Industry Hall of Fame (2014), a Travel Trade Gazette Outstanding Achievement award (2014) and a Doctorate of Science (Honorary) for Outstanding Services to Aviation (2015).

    Chris Brocklesby
    (Chief Information Officer)

    Chris (1966) is currently our Chief Information Officer having joined in February 2015.

    Before joining easyJet, Chris was CIO at Tesco Bank and was a member of the Executive Committee with responsibility for IT, Change Management, Supplier Management and Procurement.

    He joined Tesco in January 2007 and was promoted to run the UK Stores IT team in July where he was responsible for all service and development activities for stores, distribution centres and head office functions. In 2010 he became the CIO of where he was responsible for all of Tesco’s on-line businesses including the rollout of Grocery Home Shopping to countries such as the Czech Republic, Poland and Thailand.

    Chris also spent 18 years at Accenture in their Financial Services and Technology practices. He became a partner in 2000 and led the UK FS Systems Integration practice as well as leading work at clients such as AXA Life, Zurich Financial Services, Standard Life and Prudential.

    Chris has a BSc in Chemical Engineering from University College, London.

    Kyla Mullins
    (Company Secretary & Group General Counsel)

    Kyla is currently Company Secretary & Group General Counsel and heads our Legal, Company Secretarial and Regulatory departments. Kyla is a qualified solicitor and has held several senior legal positions in the media and entertainment sectors, and more recently in the strategic outsourcing sector, over the past 20 years. Before joining easyJet she was General Counsel and Company Secretary at Mitie Group plc and prior to that spent 4 years as Global General Counsel of EMI Music, and 8 years as Group Legal Director at Granada Media Group and ITV Plc. Kyla also held senior legal roles at Discovery Channel and Turner Broadcasting.

    Having studied law at Durham University, Kyla started her career at Clifford Chance where she spent 4 ½ years. Kyla is a Trustee of International Spinal Research.

    Paul Moore
    (Communications Director)
    Paul Moore

    Paul (1962) joined easyJet in November 2010 as Communications Director.

    Before joining easyJet, Paul was Group Public Affairs and Communications Director for FirstGroup, the world’s largest private sector transport operator. Prior to that Paul worked for Virgin Atlantic Airways for ten years as its Director of Corporate Affairs during a period when the airline significantly grew its worldwide network while delivering award winning customer service. Highlights included managing the communications of several crises, winning PR Week Award for Crisis Communications in 2002, coordinating the airline’s lobbying activities and organising several successful world records.

    Paul started his career as a civil servant and first joined the transport sector with the Department of Transport.

    Peter Duffy
    (Chief Commercial Officer)
    Peter Duffy

    Peter (1966) is currently Group Commercial Director: Customer, Product & Marketing, and is responsible for brand and marketing services, digital, customer relationship management and insight, customer operations and experience and business. Peter joined easyJet in February 2011 as Marketing Director.

    Before joining easyJet, he was Marketing Director for Audi in the UK. Prior to that, Peter was Marketing Services Director at Barclays.

    Peter has a degree in Economics and an MBA.

    Jacky Simmonds
    (Group People Director)

    Jacky (1963) joined easyJet in January 2016, as Group People Director. In May 2014, Jacky was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Wolseley plc.

    Jacky is an experienced HR professional who has aligned talent, development, employee relations and engagement strategies on both a local and global level. She has also led large scale organisational transformational programmes and is experienced with mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. Before joining easyJet, Jacky was Group HR Director at TUI (2010-2015) and previously held a number of senior positions within the Group including, HR Director for TUI UK & Ireland and First Choice Plc before the merger with TUI (2007-2010).

    Andrew Findlay
    (Chief Financial Officer)

    Andrew Findlay joined easyJet on 2 October 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. Before joining easyJet, Andrew was Chief Financial Officer of Halfords plc, with responsibility for Finance, Investor Relations, Legal, Company Secretarial, IT, Non-Merchandise Procurement and Logistics. In addition to this he temporarily lead the Halfords Autocentres business for 8 months in 2014.  Prior to Halfords, Andrew was Director of Finance, Tax and Treasury at Marks and Spencer, and held senior finance roles at the London Stock Exchange and at Cable and Wireless, both in the UK and US.

    Andrew qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand.
