Readers of Business Traveller Magazine voted easyJet Best Low Cost Airline for the ninth consecutive year.

easyJet has been named the Best Low Cost Airline in what are arguably the most respected and recognised airline awards – the Skytrax Awards 2008.
Chief executive Andy Harrison said: "It is an honour to receive the Skytrax award. We have an ambition to be recognised as the world's best low fares airline and the global nature of the Skytrax survey makes this a very important milestone for us."

easyJet won the award for Best Low Cost Carrier at the OAG Airline Industry Awards – the first ever European carrier to do so. The OAG Airline Industry Awards recognise the most highly regarded and innovative airlines and airports, based on the votes of consumers who use them the most: frequent flyers from around the globe.

Hitwise awarded easyJet the Hitwise UK 2007 award for the "most visited Commercial Airline website". The airline also won the award for "most visited Transport website".

Readers of the Hungarian magazine Utazó voted easyJet 'Best Low Cost Airline of the Year for 2007’ following interviews with tourism experts, business travellers, frequent flyer company managers and passengers.
